ETR AACA May Tour "Update"

Starting Place: Witt Building Material Co. Parking lot

1242 E. Weisgarber Road

Knoxville, TN   37909

Time: 1:40 PM - Wheels Turn @ 2:00 PM

We will be touring the roads of South Knoxville and Knox County. We will make a brief stop at Johnson University where we will be greeted by Dr. Eubanks, the vice president of the school and have a short photo op.

Be sure to bring your camera. After a stop not to exceed 15 Minutes, we will proceed on the tour to "Marble Springs," the home of Tennessee's

first Governor.

After visiting Marble Springs, we will proceed to the home of Ward and Judy Witt on Topside Road for a Barbque dinner. They have graciously offered their home and yard for our outing. We will be parking on their lawn, so this will be contingent on no rain. In the event of rain, we will proceed to a nearby eating establishment. I have told Ward and Judy that we would pay the cost of the meal which will be $8.00 per person.

We will have chairs for eating, but you might want to bring a couple of folding chairs if you have them. We are looking forward to seeing you on Sunday afternoon. For those that have not replied, please send us a yes or no reply not later than tomorrow, May 21st, so that we will know how to prepare for the food and tables.
